Technical Training
Operators need to undergo training and be armed with the technical knowledge to properly operate the equipment safely and efficiently. We provide technical training to guide managers and operators on production planning, maintenance, equipment operation, powder coating methods and more. We also conduct joint trainings with our industry partner, YSH Resources Pte Ltd (Sole Distributor of GEMA AG in Singapore). The trainings will equip the trainees with the skills and knowledge to establish and maintain efficient operations using our top quality and high performance equipment.
Quality Control
Equipped with the technical knowledge, we offer expertise to develop quality control systems in both the aspects of operations and documentation. These QC systems will ensure that you consistently produce quality products in an efficient manner. For our customers who outsource their coating needs, we assist in the creation of specification and quality control procedures. This enables coating contractors to have a common understanding of the needs and quality requirements of our customers.

Before production, we always have to think, how do we get the desired outcome we want? What are the processes involved? This is where the importance of process specification begins. We will analyse the process of each of these situations and advise the best methodology that are quintessential to reach the desired outcome.
